Die cutting, reminds people of the technology of electronic making.

ZAMFUN die cutting heat transfer, began in the year 2016. After many years’ development and innovation, we have successfully solved the die cutting technology to produce 3 colors heat transfer labels.

In 2016, ZAMFUN faced a very important project which required full to edge migration blocker technology. It is almost impossible to make use of traditional screen printing technique to work out the stable bulk products. After 6 months’ hard work and professional innovation, ZAMFUN succeeded in creating the new products which meet the requirements of the project without changing the materials. We achieved this by applying the traditional silk screen printing materials to coating technology, during which we have to solve a great many difficulties such as release, tensile force, static electricity, dryness, curing, etc. After about 6 months’ non-stop exploration and research, we finally succeed in transferring form silk screen printing to coating production. Henceforth, ZAMFUN started the new Chapter and Era of the Die Cutting Heat Transfer.

The advantages of our die cutting heat transfer products is as following:
1 Our die cutting heat transfer labels are halo free, there is no adhesive edges. By this technology,
we make it neat and clean.
2 Our blocker is very strong in preventing fabric color migration to the labels.
3 The testing result is good in washing, rubbing(dry and wet) performance.

ZAMFUN die cutting heat transfer can pass the OKEO-TEX 100, which is environmentally friendly product. It can also pass dry and wet rubbing test, the grade is Level 4, satisfactory. Our products can pass washing test 60℃, cynlindar washing machine, 10 cycles, 45-60 minutes/cycle.

In 2017, ZAMFUN solved the 2 color die cutting heat transfer labels.
In 2019, ZAMFUN worked out the solution to 3 color die cutting heat transfer labels.
In 2022, ZAMFUN is involved in the research into paper substract which will assist in overcoming the recylcing issues of all other substract materials.
