Yes,we provide custom service,customers only need to provide high resolution logo/design/pics.

Can I get a sample first?

Yes,of course.We charge you mold fee for making mold and producing samples.After your approval of samples, we shall start mass production.

How can I get a tracking number of my order that has been shipped?

We will email you about the tracking number directly once the goods are shipped.

Should I need to pay mold cost next time we reorder?

No,we will keep the molds for at least 2 years,during the time you can reorder without any mold fee unless the mold is damaged.
