I’ve never ordered patches before. How do I start?

It’s easy. All you have to do is fill out a free quote, send your design and tell us how many patches you want to order. If you don’t have a design, we can help create it for you, most of the time for free!

I already have a design, how can I send it to you?

You can email us, fill out a free quote, fax us a copy or mail us a picture. Our free quote is the preferred way. We accept all types of file formats; including ai, eps, jpg, pdf, doc, docx, bmp, and others.

What is your normal turnaround time?

Normally, our average turnaround time is 1~1.5 weeks, but high order quantity and/or a unique product may require more production time.Feel free to send the design to us for an estimate. Rush service is available upon request.

How many colors can I choose for my embroidered patch? And how do I choose the colors?

You can choose up to 9 colors for your patch design with no extra charge. You can refer to our online color charts to choose your colors.

Will I be able to see a sample of my patch before they are manufactured?

Yes, we offer a scan of the actual stitch-out for you to approve before production with every firm order. Editing/Handling fees will apply if changes are requested afterwards.
