First, adjust the temperature and time before hot stamping, the temperature is set between 130-140 degrees, the pressing time is 10-14 seconds, and the pressure is about 3-5 kg.
Second, before stamping the pattern, it is better to press the clothes to be ironed first to see if there will be hot air, because the clothes will be wet and the pattern will be ironed to affect the fastness of the product.
3. The pattern should not be pulled when the pattern is still hot after hot stamping.
4. After ironing or washing, if there are signs of partial ironing, you can cover the image with transfer paper and re-ironing and bonding. Never iron the transfer directly with an iron.
Do not use a steam gun, water vapor will affect the transfer effect!
It is recommended to use a flat heat press machine for hot stamping.
If a professional heat press machine is used, the temperature is set at 150 degrees and the time is about 10 seconds (the time depends on the material)
