The high-elasticity reflective film is composed of retro-reflective glass beads bonded to various heat-sensitive adhesives. Its back is a heat-sensitive adhesive layer, and its front and back have protective layers, which are heated and laminated to the surface of the fabric
The high-elasticity reflective film has a special texture. This product must be used in conjunction with a computer cutting plotter and a heat press machine. It is very convenient. It can also be color-transferred to increase the richness and variability of the substrate, and is not limited by the color of the fabric.
High reflective brightness, good effect, soft hand feeling, strong three-dimensional effect, easy transfer, washable, eco-friendly.
1. Make mirror design in computer
2. Cutting the mirror design by plotter
3. Weed the unwanted material and lay the cut-design on the fabric
4. Set temperature for 150℃ and 8 seconds,and heat press
5. Remove clear PET film after it has cooled completely
