120℃ low temperature heat transfer labels for clothing

With the development of technology, more and more fabrics spring up on the market. These technology-based fabrics are different from traditional cotton or cotton blend fabrics, most of which come from oil or oil products. The fabrics originated from oil industry is called polyester.
Polyester fabric is quite different from common fabrics made from plants. Polyester fabric usually has the characteristics of softness and lightness. But at the same time, the fabric shrinkage issue arises together with the heat transfer bonding.
The bonding temperature of heat transfer labels for garment industry is 150℃ for a long time. When people make the bonding job, the fabric will lose water no matter what kind of fabric it will be. There will be a noticeable light mark left after bonding, which is obvious to see and difficult to remove, which is very annoying.
To solve the bonding mark left after the high temperature bonding on cotton or polyester fabrics,
